After initial contact I’ll invite you to have a FREE 20-min initial consultation on Teams to discuss your needs and to establish if we are a good match. If we decide to work together, I will invite you to book an initial assessment session charged at full fee (£55). This session will be used on discussing in more detail what brings you to therapy, desired outcomes and whether the therapeutic approaches I use are appropriate for you. If we decide to work together, we will then book subsequent sessions.
